Career Paths for Skilled Immigrants – Tri Cities is for newcomers to Canada who live in the communities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, or Pitt Meadows and who have international credentials, training and skills from outside of Canada. Working one-to-one with knowledgeable career coaches, you will gain valuable resources needed to assist in launching your career in Canada.
The program is free for internationally-trained professionals who meet eligibility requirements.

Unemployed and requiring more than 1-week of training
Working more than 20 hours in a job not related to your profession
Working more than 20 hours per week in a field not related to your profession
Not receiving or eligible to receive Employment Insurance or Income Assistance
Meet English Language Requirements of CLB 5 or higher
Meet English Language Requirements of CLB 6 or higher

Complete and submit the online Permission to Collect Private Data form and Intake Questionnaire located on the side bar.
Once we have received your Intake Questionnaire and Permission to Collect Private Data form we will contact you by phone and/or email to discuss your background, career goals, and eligibility.
Eligible candidates will be invited to attend an Information Session to learn more about the specific program details.
