User ID: your 9-digit employee number

PIN: the 6-digit PIN (By default, your birthdate in DDMMYY)

Troubleshooting
  • To log in to Blackboard, use only the first 6 digits of your myDouglas PIN.
  • For all the services in this group, when you’re typing your PIN, make sure there are no spaces.

Troubleshooting
College network | Wi-Fi | DC Connect
When you log in to one of these services, make sure you’re not adding @douglascollege.ca to your username.

DC Connect
  • If you’re using the right credentials but still can’t open the intranet, try different web browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or Safari).
  • If you’re off-campus, you’ll be prompted to authenticate when you open the website. Try typing DOUGLAS\username in the Username field.
Outlook
If you’re logging in to Outlook Web App, ensure you’re typing your full email address (username@douglascollege.ca)
